Difference between two statistical techniques, measures of central tendency and measures of dispersion

There have two statistical techniques these are in opposite manner in terma of their deffinition and meanings. One statistical technique is called meaaures of central tendency and another statistical technique is called measures of dispersion. Generally measure of central tendency highlits on measuring the central value of the data of any frequency distribution. The central value of a frequency distribution of a data is mean, median and mode of the frequennct distribution. Hence, measure of central tendency measures the mean, meadian and mode of the data of a frequency distribution. On the other hand measure of dispersion measures the spread of the data of a frequency distribution. Measure of dispersion focusses on measuring the range of the frequency distribution. Skewness and kurtosis is another measurement topics.
